This is an unfortunate side effect of having voice for NEW NPCs (existing NPCs mouths will move to the voice as Giants obviously has access to the real NPC model to be able to keyframe the mouths to the words we however only have access to XML so there is no way for me to keyframe the mouth movement unfortunately.) But good eye and thank you for the report!
